sentence of the day Reviews using imperfect and preterite tenses, vocabulary of travel, verbs, possession, diamond words, agreement and word order of nouns and adjectives. Remember our lesson about MUCHO ( a lot or a lot of) and its opposite POCO ( a little or a little bit of).
Last summer when we were travelling in Spain, we discovered an awesome restaurant in a little street in a smal town near Toledo where we had some typical food. I ate cordero asado and my friend had gazpacho and migas. This part of Spain is La Mancha where the famous Don Quijote of Cervantes' story lived. A popular cheese from La Mancha is manchego and we buy it at Costco, so we can have a little bit of Spain here in Colorado.
Lazarillo de Tormes Chapter 4 -- can you translate it by yourself with a dictionary? 10 minutes
